Personality:	Jean (pronounced 'John' in the French way) has a major inferiority complex. Being a lowly detective, he is very mindful of all the cybernetic or magical killing machines out there. He takes great, often cruel pleasure in putting someone he sees as 'superior' down. Will take even the lowest case for money. Skilled with technological tracking and surveillance devices. Loves Lady Zero.
Background:	Jean was a hotshot detective for Daisaka security enforcement services. He was a protege of Akira Mikami, one of Daisaka's most famous officers, and destined for big things. However he was exposed as a closet transvestite and drummed out of the service before he could damage the company rep. Daisaka personnel still laugh at him whenever they see him.
